Bulk update product integrations using Product Uploader

These updates are in Early Availability status. They will be made available to all by December 2024.

Marketplace managers can now update product integration, credentials, and authentication information in bulk from the Product Uploader option. This eliminates the need to update the integrations per product manually, thus saving user’s time.

This update enables you to update endpoints, outbound credentials, single sign-on details, and other fields required in the integration of a product in bulk.

To enable this feature the following new entities have been introduced in the Download Catalog section:

INTEGRATION

• Product Integration
• Product Integration Credentials

You can download these files in the CSV format and update each as required.

Currently only the outbound credentials bulk update is supported. Also, in the Integration Credential .cvs file the Client Secret and Passwords are not downloaded due to security reasons.

Feature enablement

The feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
